 A bit ago, I mentioned that I was going to start a better health regimen. 

It made me so sad when I couldn't fit my gal stuff, especially when it came to bottoms. And I was just feeling so huge in some of my tops. I hardly wanted to dress up.

But after talking with some friends, I got a lot of great help and motivation to do better.

This is from yesterday's workout with Ring Fit!


Not bad right? Everyday but Sundays, I've been doing 20 minutes on this game and I think it's finally showing results. (I think when I started I could only do 10 minutes w) I can even fit back into my favorite shorts! One thing I think is really cool is that I upped my levels these last couple of days and even went a little over my 20 minutes. Which means my stam levels are going up too!

  1. Oh that's amazing!! When I get my own place I want to start on Ring Fit as well. I have poor stamina and cannot run between the cities in the game!!
    I hope you can keep your motivation strong! I will need it as well 💕

    1. Ring Fit is such a great thing. I can't really run around here thanks to the weather and I might get lost XD So being able to jog in place is the next best thing!
      Don't worry, I got enough motivation for many people now XD
